During the process of returning a purchase, please keep in mind the following:

Your purchase must be in the same condition you received it.

For health reasons, the bodysuits must have the protective sticker in place on the bottom,

so that they cannot be tried on or used. If you wish to make a return, it is absolutely

necessary to have the label and sticker on the product.

As soon as we receive your package, we will check its condition and proceed to send you

the requested size or different code. Refunds are not available.

If you return it via post, VickySuit does not accept packages sent with C.O.D. service

(Collect on Delivery), nor will we refund the shipping costs.

 

Exchange or Replace an Item

 

In the case that you would prefer a different size than the one ordered, you can request it

upon returning the product. In order to do so, please include the size you wish to receive

in the return form.

If the size is not available at that time, you will get a full refund of the value of your

purchase.

If you wish to exchange the article for another style or color, you must return your

purchase and place a new order.

 

Return Policy

The time needed for a full refund may vary from 3 to 12 working days from the moment

we receive the product. As soon as we check the condition of the product, we will inform

you via email. Please remember that the refunds will be made in the same manner that

they were purchased initially.

If it was purchased through a bank deposit, we will need your IBAN number. You can

update the information by going to “update Bank Information” in the field “My account”. If

you have not signed in before, you can send us the information in the section “Orders”.

When we receive the information, we will complete the refund. Do not forget that the

IBAN code has to belong to a bank in the country of the placed order.

If you receive a damaged product or different than the one you purchased, and you wish

to return it through the post office, please remember to include the receipt of the shipping

cost in the package. As soon as we check the condition of the clothing, we will give you a

full refund plus the cost for shipping.

The shipping cost will only be refunded after we receive the returned product.
